1st appointment
Preliminary check-up and implant placement
Before the treatment, thorough examinations are required to set out your treatment plan and clarify whether a bone graft is required.
Dr Rodriguez will proceed to the dental implants placements. This painless procedure will take place in a sterile environment, under local anaesthesia, and will take about 15 minutes per implant.
Duration of the stay: 1 to 2 days
2nd appointment
Impression, abutment and temporary prosthesis placement
After the implant has been placed, there will be a 4 to 6 month healing period (known as osseointegration) while the bone integrates fully.
Following the healing process, you come back to take an impression to make your final prosthesis. At the same time, the prosthetic abutment will be screwed to the implant, to which the temporary prosthesis will be attached.
Duration of the stay: 1 to 2 days
3rd appointment
Placement of the final prosthesis on the implant.
1 to 1,5 months later, you come back for the last appointment where the final prothesis will be placed on the implant.
